As per Aabeg, "As many of you may have noticed, Wakk Thuu have not been around much over these past couple months. The reason for this absence, as many of you may have guessed, is that they have decided as a whole to call it quits..they are all moving on their personal lives and it’s very hard to keep a full-time band going while maintaining work, family ,jobs and relationships.i personally feel that they left the music scene on good terms .Every show they have ever played, from their very first to very last, were and will be an amazing time forever.as a good metal brother and a fan personally, i don’t want this to be a sad goodbye but want them to leave on a good note. i am Not hoping for them to regroup, but i would like to send these grindcore bastards some kind of "farewell". Thats the least i can do after beeing a fan and brothers in arms for years Just because you won't meet a person again in your life doesn't mean you should not say them goodbye :). So make sure to attend the gig this feb 14th and come hang out with us and wakk thuu.. i would love if you could change the attitude a lil bit and appreciate the work and past three years they have invested into music scene.
