Before we begin we will like to congratulate you guys for launching your 1st demo Auto Cannibilism . As well as we want to thank Fetal Abduction for trusting us to launch your 1st track.

Haha actually we are the one who should be thankful to you bro.

So before we begin we will love to know about how the journeys of Fetal Abduction begin?

the journey well. We 4 always wanted to do some heavier Death Metal stuff, with our own tastes and the freedom to write our songs..So that every one would be satisfied with the composition.. so we gathered had a meeting and now we have a band and we’re happy with what were doing.

Can we know about the lineup?

Arjun Adhikari - Guitars

Vicky gurung - Drums

If we are not wrong you guys were from the same project Minus6 apart from the founding member Rajat all crew left the band and their is a complete new lineup in that band as well. As we all know you guys were going smoothly and all of a sudden news came that you 4 left the band and started Fetal Abduction. Can you guys say us the reason?

Well we all had different tastes in music so we wanted to make something different and we had some kind of difficulties understanding each other so. But hey he’s doing an awesome job continuing minus 6 and i m proud of him..

So how far has been the journey of 8 months?

It’s been a long time but i think its going better we jamming and working hard. We are still searching for gigs and were also planning to work for the scene enlistment in our city...

So Fetal Abduction what does it means?

Well fetal abduction means the kidnapping of an unborn baby by forcing the mother to comply with an early cesarean, and then taking the fetus directly from the mother’s womb and i guess that’s it. I kind of liked the name after searching a unique name for the band it kind of sounds killer to me

So regarding the genre can we say Fetal Abduction as a pure Death Metal band?

Yes

Can we know about your influence?

Hmm we all are influenced by different bands like Suffocation, Cryptopsy, Nile, Necrophagist, Dying Fetus, Slipknot, Cannibal Corpse, Death, Sadus, Slayer, Megadeath, Pantera

So can you us about the scene back their in Bhairawa?

There is no metal scene in Bhairawa we have to travel 20 kms for a gig in Butwal .Even if there’s is a scene its too weak. We are really trying hard to build the scene and start some gigs, being the only death metal band in Bhairawa i think we should act more responsibly towards the scene..

If we are not wrong the scene consists of maximum metal core and nu metal bands their?

Yes they love chugging their guitars 0-0-0-0-0-0 . Now they want to go djent.. With more strings. I think bands at Kathmandu are lot more serious and badass. Here all they need is fame posing around calling themselves metal and they don’t even know what the scene is. They even don’t know what gig is. The meaning of underground for them is 1000000000 light years away......

Well you guys had shared some incidents that happened their in our previous talks as well. Ok guys we will like to ask apart from your band which band is the rising name in Nepali underground scene?

I think i have to say bands like nude terror, Dying Out Flame, Antyesti and broken Hymen...i love them all but seriously i will have to say Dying Out Flame

So as we are in Nepal where we still have a society who considers metal as pain in ear and a welcome to violence what is your view regarding that?

Well i think its the main problem of our country and for us metal heads, they are fucking stupid i think they should stop thinking such ignorant beliefs, even the fucking cops treat us like shit in the gigs ,fucking hate them, metal is not violent at all. I haven’t done any violent activity getting influenced by metal neither has anyone i know, many people watch horror gore porno movies but they never regard them as pain or as an act of violence its the same they should grow up their brain cells and think wisely and start supporting local metal bands.

Ok so does experience in life affects the music you guys make?

Ya it does sometimes, the consequences and happenings in life affects it..

Can you share us your dream lineup with whom you guys want to share stage with?

Hehe fans ta ka hunu hehe i would prefer supporters they are doing really great thing for us i would like to thank them whole heartedly and i would like them to be in touch with us coz they are really precious to us.....

Hmmm not much i just want to say to others that they should start supporting their local bands like from the guys in Hetauda i m really inspired from them and they should buy the Merchs and go to their shows and respect every one Facebook ma like garera matra kei hunna we need to be real metal heads \m/jai metal \m/
